Where can I get a complete list of the transactions available on db Interactive?
To obtain a detailed list of the transactions you can carry out with db Interactive, you can download the attachment 1 of the contract on the Conditions page.
Which investments can I carry out with db Interactive?
With db Interactive you can carry out transactions on:
  • Securities listed on the Italian markets (MTA, MTAX, TAHX e Trading After Hours), the German XETRA (DAX30, DAX100 e NEMAX50), French SBF (CAC40, ITCAC50 e SBF120), Dutch AEX and the US NYSE and Nasdaq (DOW JONES, S&P500, S&P100 e NASDAQ100);
  • Warrants listed on the Italian market;
  • Covered Warranta listed on the Italian market (SeDeX™);
  • Government bonds and other bonds listed on the Italian market (MOT and EuroMOT);
  • ETF (Exchange Traded Funds) listed on the Italian (MTF), French (SBF), German (XETRA) and US markets.

In addition you can subscribe to, switch and disinvest from  a large number of investment funds and SICAVs selected by Deutsche Bank amongst Italian and international fund managers.

Does db Interactive have special trading packages?

Yes, of course! 

With db Interactive you have so many possibilities to carry out your banking and investment transactions online and today our new Trading section offers you even more services thanks to our 3 new investment packages in addition to db Interactive base:

What securities transactions can I carry out with db Interactive?

In the Securities section in db Interactive click you can:

  • Visualize the details of your securities portfolio, showing all your current investments at market prices (previous day's close where available);
  • Carry out trading;
  • Check on the progess of your order;
  • Consult the details of all past transactions.
What kind of orders can I make?
You can make orders with a price limit, at the market conditions or with a value date. These can be indicated on the order form. However, the market price cannot always be chosen, for example for BOTs immediately after the issue.
What do I have to do to execute an order?

You can access the order form directly from the Securities area or you can navigate the Markets area, choose the index and the security directly or using the search engines.
If you have any difficulties with click db, you can place the order via call db, at the number 02/6995, from Monday to Friday 08.00 o 22.00 and on Saturday from 08.00 to 14 or you can go to your local branch.
Once on the order form you can choose the parameters for the purchase (at the market, limited or with a value date) following the indications in the Helps.

Can I revoke orders?
You can revoke orders that have not yet been executed, even partially - these orders are not yet "Eseguito". To revke the order, click on the dedicated icon in the area, "Orders in progress".
Are there additional costs to revoke an order?
No, there are no additional costs.
Can I carry out inter-day transactions?
Yes, there are no limits to the number of inter-day transactions you can carry out in a day. We recommend however, to evaluate the risk and the costs of frequent trading.
When are my orders transmitted?
Immediately after the confirmation of your order, it is sent telematically to the markets where it is executed on the basis of the trading hours of the security chosen.
Can I insert an order when the markets are closed?

Can I immediately use the liquidity generated from a security sale?
If you have sold some securities (shares, bonds, covered warrants etc..) you can immediately use the liquidity generated without having to wait for the settlement after 3 working days.
If, however, you have sold units or shares in funds/SICAVs, you have to wait for the settlement of the operation which varies on the basis of the fund manager and are detailed in the fund prospectus.
What transactions can I carry out on investment funds and SICAVs on db Interactive?

With db Interactive you can subscribe to a wide range of investment funds and SICAVs. On accessing the Investment funds and SICAV section you can:

  • visualize your entire funds portfolio with details per single fund on the countervalue, the profit or current loss;
  • carry out operations of subscriptionm switch and disinvestments on your portfolio;
  • check on orders in progress and recent transactions.

Online you can even subscribe for the first time to a fund without having to go to the branch. To carry out a switch, once you have chosen the fund in which to invest, you can choose the fund from which to switch in your fund portfolio on the basis of the amount or the number of units held. For repayments, you can carry out a total or partial disinvestment based on the amount or the number of units.  You can then choose to credit the funds to your account at Deutsche Bank or elsewhere.

What are ETFs (exchange traded funds)?
Exchange-traded funds (ETF) are open ended mutual funds that can be traded like stocks or shares. Typically, ETFs try to replicate a stock market index, a market sector, or a commodity eg. Dow Jones index. ETFs allow you to combine the liquidity, transparency, flexibility and efficiency of the negotiaition of shares with the diversification offered by investment funds; with the purchase of an ETF, you acquire all the securities making up the index.
What information is displayed on db Interactive to make investment decisions?

db Interactive supplies a great deal of information:

  • Prices of the major securities and indexes of the most important stock markets;
  • Complete and detailed iformation on the main companies traded on the European and US stock markets;
  • News on companies, sectors and markets;
  • Fact sheets on companies, with detailed information (activities, accounts, shareholders etc..) on Italian and foreign companies;
  • Detailed information on investments funds and SICAVs.

db Interactive also has a number of easy to use online tools:

  • Search engines which are generic or specialized on securities, bonds, covered warrants and investment funds and SICAVs;
  • Virtual portfolio and watchlist so you can simulate your financial transactions and follow the performance of selected securities and funds;
  • Institutional research.

What is the liquidity available for trading?
This is the maximum amount you can use to acquire securities.
Can I use my overdraft for trading?
Yes.  Your overdraft will used only is there is not sufficient liquidity to cover the trading order inserted.
How is the liquidity on my account calculated for trading transactions?
The liquidity available for trading is calculated by the sum of the current account balance and the securities sales carried out (but not yet settled) subtracted from the amount commited to securities purchases.
What is a deposit account (dossier)?

The deposit account or "dossier" is where your financial istruments are custodied. It is composed of three sets of numbers: the first denotes the branch number, the second the type of account/service and the third is the deposit account number:

What is a warning?
A warning is a message that the bank gives you relative to an operation you are carrying out. It may be due to legal requirements or from  the bank in order to defend your interests. You must read and accept these warnings. Specifically, the bank will notify you of conflicts of interest in a chosen security or if your declared risk profile is not in line with the transaction being carried out in terms of its type, the size, riskiness of the instrument or even the frequency of your transactions.
