What is db Interactive?
db Interactive is an on-line banking and trading service offered by Deutsche Bank which enables you to perform all banking and investment transactions via Internet, thanks to click db, or by telephone, thanks to call db.
What is click db?
Click db is a db Interactive service, which enables you to conduct transactions or receive information on your banking details (Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Funds and Sicav, Securities, Consumer Credit and Personal Loans, Insurance) directly via Internet.
What is call db?

Call db is a db Interactive service, which enables you to receive information and give instructions to your bank by telephone.
Who can subscribe to the db Interactive service?

db Interactive is available to individuals resident in Italy that hold individual and/or joint bank accounts, as long as the latter have separate signatory powers and do not have restrictions on transactions. Delegated parties may not use the service. To use the service, joint account holders, with separate signatory powers must each sign a contract and each will be assigned autorization codes and codes personal safety.  

db Interactive Business may be used by legal representatives of companies whose registered offices are in
Italy and who have separate signatory powers and do not have restrictions on transactions. 
Delegated parties may not use the service.

Can I subscribe to db Interactive even if I am not already a Deutsche Bank client?
No. db Interactive is a service reserved to existing clients. To become a client of Deutsche Bank, visit a branch of the Deutsche Bank group. To find your nearest branch, consult the “DB addresses” page on the website http://uat-dwebge.www.deutsche-bank.it.
Do I have to sign two separate contracts, one for click db and one for call db?
No, you just need to sign a single contract to subscribe to the db Interactive service. Then you can choose whether to use call db (telephone) or click db (Internet).
How can I understand how click db works, before signing the contract?
If you would like to understand how click db works, simply access the "Demo" area.
Where can I find the contract to subscribe to db Interactive?

You can find the contract at your Deutsche Bank branch. Or you can request it by calling (+39) 02/6995 or download it directly from the page entitled "Become a Client".

Where can I find information on what transactions I can perform using db Interactive and on the economic conditions?
Detailed information on the transactions that you can perform on db Interactive and on the relative economic conditions are contained in appendix 1 to the contract for subscribing to the service entitled “Conditions and available transactions".
What is the “security question"?
It consists of a “question and answer” which you must choose when you activate the service. It is a further security measure which will be requested in specific situations, for example to restore the service after it has been blocked for security reasons or where it is necessary to confirm your identity.  The “security question” should easy to remember, to avoid having to write it down.

Example of "security question".
Question: “What is your most memorable date?"
Answer:"8 April 1947".

If you no longer remember your "Security question", you need to fill in the following form and send it to our Back office db Interactive.
After I have signed the contract how will I receive the activation codes?

You will receive the number of your identification card directly in the branch or via email when you subscribe to the service and your PIN will be sent you via SMS on your mobile phone.

  • with your activation codes, go to the login db interactive page;
  • type in the card number and the PIN you have received and click on "Conferma";
  • choose the other security codes: client code (6 to 10 alfphanumeric characters), and your security question and answer.

Now you are ready to access the service by phone or on the internet.

What is the financial profile used for?

The financial profile is used to establish your propensity to risk in terms of financial investments.
This does not represent any constraint as regards your choice of Deutsche Bank products in the future, but, if you choose a product that does not match your risk profile, you will be notified that the decision lies beyond your profile and you will be asked to confirm your decision.
It is a guarantee, compulsory by law, aimed at safeguarding the awareness of investment decisions.
If you do not wish to indicate your propensity to risk, you will automatically be classified in the lowest risk category.

Where do I send the signed contract and relative appendices?
Send the fully completed contract to the following address: Deutsche Bank S.p.A. - Back Office db Interactive - P.zza del Calendario, 3,  20126 Milan, or you can take it to your Deutsche Bank branch.
How long does the contract last?
The contract has not a set term. You have the right to withdraw at any time by sending a written notice to the bank by registered mail with return receipt, to the following address: Deutsche Bank S.p.A. - Back Office db Interactive - P.zza del Calendario, 3 20126 Milan.
The bank undertakes to fully cancel the service as quickly as possible and in any event within five working days from the date on which it receives your letter.
